We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
To pursue a complaint please contact the practice manager and she will deal with your concerns appropriately. Further written information is available on the complaints procedure from reception.

What if I have concerns about a health service from somewhere other than the surgery?
The Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) is there to answer your queries. PALS may be able to resolve your concerns informally or can tell you more about the complaints procedure. PALS can be called on the number below.
How long will it take?
The Complaints Manager will be able to discuss and agree this with you. Our aim is to provide you with a response to your complaint as fast as we can; however, some complaints do take longer to investigate than others.
